The raw ingredients have to get in somehow so we’ve excavated and laid a new road so both Warminster’s malt & Faram’s Hop Merchant’s trucks can get in and we can get the beer and spent grain out again.
8 tonnes of dirt out and 7 tonnes of aggregate & surface chippings in. The road had to be carefully built over the bio-media pits that deal with the surface water from the brewhouse. Total team effort, with Big Al, Stefan the Encumbered and CSI Becs all taking part, even Andy-who-cannot-be-mentioned (taxman back again? – Ed!) put a show in.
